I started out as a consultant in the food and beverage industry, then became the representative of a national sweets franchise headquarters company, and then opened my own restaurant in Hiroo, Tokyo. The store is now in its 11th year, and after two years, a stable operating system was established, so I decided to focus on the entertainment industry.

Focusing on entertainment casting, we have collaborated with a wide range of specialists through agency business, production and PR, and have successfully completed numerous projects both domestically and internationally. Our success would not have been possible without the support of our clients, collaborative partners, and specialist teams.

In addition, during the COVID-19 pandemic, there were restrictions on holding events, etc., so I acquired qualifications such as general travel management chief, travel service arrangement, and second-class financial planning technician, and only arranged human resources. Instead, we expanded our casting field to include travel arrangements, product distribution arrangements, and OEM, and were able to collaborate with experts in other fields other than entertainment.
