Regarding Recruitment of New Comrades

New interviews will begin in September 2024, and recruitment is scheduled to begin in 2025.

 

Our company has a small team system, and when it comes to new hires, we don't accept them as employees, but as managers (comrades), and with the support of each PD member, we allow them to move forward on the same path as a manager.

Based on Our experience, Our hope that in the future we can build a long-term relationship as PD members on an equal footing, rather than on the value of an employer-employee relationship, and that we can have fun and prosper together.
